Subscription plans

Absa Reviews offers multiple subscription tiers designed to meet the needs of local businesses. Each plan includes a specific set of features and a monthly SMS allowance. Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Free trial

New business accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to platform features. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the account transitions to the selected paid plan unless the owner explicitly cancels or pauses the subscription before the trial ends. We send reminder notifications before the trial expires.

Billing

Subscription fees are due monthly in advance. Businesses may submit payment via the methods accepted in their region, such as Zelle or Cash App. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in account pausing or suspension. All billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.

Acceptable use

Users agree to use Absa Reviews only for lawful business purposes. Prohibited activities include sending spam, uploading false or misleading content, attempting to manipulate review scores through fake submissions, harvesting contact information without consent, and using the platform to transmit harmful or illegal material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

Customer responsibilities

Business owners are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, obtaining proper consent before adding customer contact data, complying with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications and data privacy, and ensuring that staff with platform access use it appropriately. Owners are also responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Absa Reviews form (booking, contact, order, account signup, or loyalty signup), you agree to receive recurring automated transactional and marketing text messages from the participating business and from Absa Reviews. Messages may include booking confirmations and reminders, order updates, review requests, loyalty rewards, account notifications, and promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages in order to book, order, or sign up.

Message frequency: Varies based on your activity with the business — typically up to 10 messages per month per business you interact with.

Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt out — reply STOP: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. To resubscribe, sign up again on any form or reply START.

Supported carriers: All major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors is used only to deliver the messaging service (for example, our SMS provider Twilio). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Business owner messaging obligations

Businesses using Absa Reviews to send SMS or email on behalf of their own customers authorize the platform to deliver those messages on their behalf. Owners must obtain proper consent before adding customer contact data, comply with all applicable anti-spam and telecommunications regulations (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA messaging principles), and honor opt-out requests promptly, including STOP replies for SMS. Abuse of messaging features may result in account restrictions.

Cancellation policy

Business owners may cancel or pause their subscription at any time through the Account Settings or Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, access to premium features including Booking, Order & Pickup, SMS, Loyalty, Coupons, and Automation will be discontinued. Basic account data is retained for a reasonable period in case of reactivation.
